Timing of services

Quality of life matters to all of us. We strive for a positive work/life balance – we will work hard for you during regular business hours. We reserve the right to decline last-minute, time sensitive assignments that may require work outside of normal business hours or negatively impact our current client base. This means we also will decline to accept new clients if we feel there is a risk of providing poor service to our existing clients.

 

Pricing

The Numbers Team LLC is relationship based, and we understand we may not be the best fit for everyone. The pricing and partnership must be mutually satisfactory – we charge an appropriate fee for the value we provide and do our best to legally work with your best interests in mind. 

As you consider an accounting service, understand that price is one element of the relationship. If price is your sole deciding factor, you may prefer a different accountant.

About tax returns – it is often less expensive to prepare the return yourself or use a free or inexpensive service. Should you choose to bring your tax return to us for review and correction, we charge the same or more to correct the return as we would to prepare it ourselves.
