ELIZABETH M. DUGAN, CPA

I am a Rowan University graduate where I received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting.  I am a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Public School Accountant (PSA) in the state of New Jersey and am a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the New Jersey Society of CPAs.  

I have over 20 years of experience as an accountant and auditor and primarily worked with regional nonprofit organizations, for-profit organizations, and government entities.  I have also prepared tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, nonprofits, and estates and trusts.  I specialized in audits in accordance with Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (Yellow Book), federal and state (New Jersey and Pennsylvania) Single Audit standards, and employee benefit plans.  I have also performed examinations of System and Organization Controls (SOC).
